We are selling our 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom town home located at 2504 South 3rd street plaza, Omaha Nebraska.  We have loved living here!  We have loved our town home. We moved to this town home after living in Village Green for a couple of years and needed to upgrade to 3 bedrooms.  This was our favorite one for sell because of its great condition, updates, neutral colors, cleanliness, and location within Village Green (proximity to parking and dumpster, the large grassy area out front, and low traffic).  This unit is pet and smoke free.  This bedroom can fit two cribs or two twin beds, a changing table, and a chair.  It could also easily fit a queen bed with end tables or a desk.

 All the bedrooms upstairs have hardwood floors.  The floors are in great condition.  The paint in the master bedroom is white.

 The closet has a two tiers of hanging bars and shelving.  Pictures below is the view from the hallway (at the top of the stairs) into the master bedroom.

 The door at the end of the hall is bedroom #3, the middle door is bedroom #2, and the door on the right is the bathroom.  There is a linen closet at the end of the hall to the left.

 New carpet was installed up the stairs and in this hallway in July 2016.

Main floor 1/2 bath

The 1/2 bathroom is off the hall between the living room and the kitchen.  It is so nice having this bathroom on the main floor.  We use it just as much as the one upstairs.

 The living room is right off of the kitchen.  We installed new Stainmaster carpet in July of 2015 in the living room, up the stairs, and in the hallway upstairs.

 This is the view out the front window. We love having this large, flat, grassy area for the kids to play right out front.

Kitchen

 We love our kitchen!  The appliances work great, the lighting is good, the laminate wood floor cleans up great and stays looking clean.  The set up makes great use of the space.

 The oven is almost new, installed by Village Green in early 2016.  The built in microwave over the oven is so convenient. Note the dishwasher right next to the oven.

 We purchased this kitchen island in 2015 and will be leaving it in the unit.  It has a granite top and provides so much more counter space. We love it!

 Most other units like ours do not have this extra cupboard and counter space to the left of the fridge.

 Door on the left leads downstairs to the basement.  Closet on the right is the pantry.

 The sliding glass door leads out of the kitchen to the parking lot. Our assigned spot is where the Honda Van is parked.  There is usually always an empty spot next to it for our second vehicle to park.  It is so nice having your parking so close for bringing in groceries and coming home in the rain.

Basement

The basement has a finished playroom and an unfinished storage/laundry room.  The playroom has plenty of space for couches, exercise equipment, and toys.
